Why I created this space
So many students and families experience the transition to high school feeling alone, uncertain, and unseen.
I was one of those students.
That’s why I created Challenges Behind Acceptance — because I wanted to change that.
This space exists to support parents, teachers, and students through every stage of the journey — from preparing for orientation to finding belonging in the months that follow.
It’s about honesty, empathy, and practical tools that actually makes a difference.
